Station Street is the site of a major office-led mixed use scheme to include ancillary hotel, retail and leisure space, with an anticipated site cover of over 20,000m2 (215,000ft2) the scheme will link Southside with the City Centre at the cutting edge of this exciting new Business District.
The site is adjacent to Nottingham Midland Mainline Railway Station which is scheduled to undergo a major transformation with massive investment as part of the City’s regeneration initiative. This includes a new high speed rail link and Lines 2 and 3 of the NET tram system - together these schemes will form The Hub, Nottingham’s new Transport Interchange.
Southside is Nottingham’s New Business District and is already home to major organisations including Capital One, The Inland Revenue and Nottingham City Council’s new HQ.
